SPRING MOCHI SWEETS BROCHURE
Mochi is a traditional Japanese cake with a crust made of pure rice flour made from Mochi rice. Since ancient times, Mochi has been a cake of family and friends bonding. Today, each cake represents wishes for luck, prosperity and above all, reunion - Mochi brings togetherness and joy sharing.
Mochi's excellence can be felt at the first bite. But you can hardly know the secret secrets hidden in that seductive sweet taste. What makes Mochi special is the ingenuity and attention to detail in the process of creating the cake. We believe making Mochi is an art - starting with premium ingredients.
